Deep in the old woodland of Elderfern, where tiny homes nestle amongst ancient roots and lanterns glow softly beneath the trees, lives Weisa, the gentle healer of the woodland.
A little younger than her beloved Woodruff, Weisa has shared her life with him for more than one hundred and fifty years. While Woodruff wanders Elderfern mapping its paths and recording its memories, Weisa is most often found tending to those who call the woodland home.
Known affectionately as a mother to all, small and tall, Weisa is a natural nurturer with a wonderfully caring soul. She knows which woodland herbs soothe a weary head, which flowers make the sweetest tea, and exactly where to find the softest moss for a tiny creature in need of rest.
Her door is always open, her kettle is rarely cold, and no one leaves Weisa's little home without feeling just a little better than when they arrived.
Weisa believes that the gentlest acts of kindness are often the ones remembered longest.

Handcrafted in our British Columbia studio, Weisa is nestled within a genuine Pacific oyster shell, finished by hand with our signature gilded edge and suspended from a rich gold ribbon. Naturally irregular in shape, no two shells are ever quite alike, making each Weisa a one-of-a-kind little heirloom to be treasured for Christmases to come.
