Shipping Policy
Your items will ship within 3- 5 business days, usually via Canada Post. We will also provide you with a confirmation email that your order has shipped and when applicable a tracking number.
Thank you for supporting Candian Artisans and small Canadian businesses, it is genuinely appreciated.
Return & Exchange Policy
Are you looking to return an item? If so here is the process
For all Gilded Home purchases, please send an email to us at hello@thegildedhome.ca with your order number, item description and the reason you are requesting a return.
We will respond to you within 48 (business) hours with how to proceed. Once we have received your returned item, you will receive a refund within 1 - 2 weeks for all non-customized items.
Items that you want to return must be returned within exactly 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
If you are within Canada and your purchase has a defect then you will not have to pay for return shipping costs. We will reimburse you.
If your return is not due to a defect, you will be expected to pay return shipping and a restocking fee of $5.00
