Meet Holly, a spirited little Jack Russell Terrier with an extraordinary fondness for Christmas holly, festive gatherings, and the occasional forbidden taste of eggnog. She considers herself something of an authority on holiday decorating and firmly believes that no room is properly dressed for Christmas without a generous arrangement of glossy green holly and bright red berries.

But Holly has a rather mischievous little secret. Throughout the Christmas season, she has developed the most remarkable talent for discovering unattended glasses of eggnog, and has been caught on more than one occasion attempting to sneak a tiny taste when nobody is looking. Despite her innocent expression, she is quite convinced that the festivities would be terribly dull without a little indulgence. Her family, however, keeps the eggnog safely out of reach, much to Holly's disappointment. Fortunately, a Christmas biscuit and a cosy spot beside the fire are usually enough to restore her good spirits.

Nestled inside a genuine oyster shell gathered from the sparkling coastal waters of British Columbia, this handcrafted ornament celebrates cherished traditions, treasured memories and the joy of keeping old stories alive for generations to come. Whether displayed on a Christmas tree, woven through garland, tucked into a wreath, or styled on a festive holiday table, it is a treasured keepsake designed to be cherished for generations.

Please Note

Every ornament we create is handcrafted using a genuine Pacific oyster shell, making each one completely unique. No two shells are ever exactly alike. They naturally vary in shape, size, depth, colour, and character, which is part of what makes each ornament so special.

The ornament you receive will not be the exact shell shown in our photographs. Instead, we thoughtfully select a shell that beautifully complements the artwork, carefully pairing each design with the natural shape and contours of the shell to create a balanced and harmonious keepsake. While every ornament may differ slightly in appearance, you can be assured that the same attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality goes into every piece we create. Your ornament will be a one-of-a-kind heirloom, handcrafted exclusively for you.

Our Gilded Oyster Holiday Ornaments add a touch of whimsical woodland charm to your holiday décor with our Gilded Oyster Storybook Owls Ornament Collection.

Beautifully suited to a holiday tree, draped along garland, tucked into wreaths, or hung from doorknobs and drawer pulls, these enchanting ornaments offer endless possibilities for styling, displaying, and gifting.

Each oyster shell is sourced from the stunning coastal waters of British Columbia, Canada. No oysters are harvested specifically for our ornaments. Instead, the shells are thoughtfully reclaimed and lovingly repurposed into something truly special for the home.

Our 2026 Holiday Ornament Collection is handmade from start to finish in our British Columbia studio. While the artwork remains consistent within each design, every oyster shell is naturally unique in shape, texture, and size, ranging from approximately 3.5 to 5.5 inches long.

Each ornament is adorned with antique, vintage-inspired, or whimsical holiday imagery, then carefully hand-gilded along the edges and reverse using our proprietary 14k gold painting medium. They also include a burnished gold double faced satin ribbon for hanging. The result is a miniature work of art and a future heirloom to be treasured for many holiday seasons to come.

These ornaments make unforgettable gifts, thoughtful hostess presents, or beautiful keepsakes to add to your own collection and pass down through the years.

Packaging

Each ornament is presented in a soft drawstring dust cover and placed inside a 4 x 4-inch eco-friendly gift box. The box is tied with ribbon and finished with artisan details inside the lid, making it beautifully presented and ready for gifting.
